These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which The Lovely Oven Cleaning Company (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides oven and small appliance cleaning services to you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional cleaning of ovens, hobs, extractor fans, microwaves, BBQs, white goods and other small kitchen appliances as described on our website or quotation.
We reserve the right to refuse or amend a booking if the appliance’s condition is significantly different from that described at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is only confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing (including by email or text message).
Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can confirm or update you about your appointment.
Prices are as quoted at the time of booking.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

If payment is not received on completion, we may apply a late payment fee or withhold future bookings.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in cases of staff illness, vehicle breakdown, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will contact you promptly to rearrange.
If the operative cannot gain entry within 20 minutes of the agreed appointment time, the visit may be treated as a cancellation.

We collect and process customer information (name, address, contact details, etc.) solely to provide our services and manage bookings.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except where legally required or essential for service delivery.

Please keep pets and children away from the work area during the cleaning process for safety.
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website and apply to new bookings from the date shown above.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
